下班接 Zoe 回到家的老公
一進門就眉飛色舞地說：
「I noticed something Zoe just started doing, which is kind of cute!
（我剛注意到 Zoe 開始做出一些很可愛的舉動！）
「What is it？（什麼舉動？）」
我一邊問老公，一邊放下手邊正在準備的晚餐。
「As soon as I opened the door, she looked at me with a big smile
and said "DA!", and then opened her arms to me to be picked up！
（我一打開車門，她就對著我甜甜地笑，
然後對著我叫「爸！」，接著張開她的雙臂要讓我抱！」
老公邊說，邊得意洋洋地學女兒把雙臂舉得高高地，
那一刻，
我在老公臉上看到的，
不是上了一天班的疲憊倦容，
而是一個男人透過為人父的角色
所得到的無比滿足與喜悅。
